choosing a mat you should also consider the colour of the frame and
the decor of your home. Keep in mind that the mat and frame should compliment,

Every
framed photograph is personally signed and dated with the year the photograph
was taken.

| A local artisan makes the frames and they come in a variety of colours and styles for you to choose from. | ||||||
| Each framed photograph is covered by shatter proof Perspex. | ||||||
|

||||||
For Colour photographs I would suggest using the Mat Black Frame or Zen Brown Frame. |
||||||
| When choosing your frame you should also consider your choice of mat and the decor of your home. Keep in mind that both the frame and mat should complement the photograph, not be a distraction to it. | ||||||

Please
don't hesitate to contact me if you would like to enquire about alternative
framing and matting options, or if you would like to pay by alternate
means (money order, bank transfer) just send an email to admin@dejavuphotographic.com,
with a full description of the photograph/s, frame/s, and mat/s you
would like to order, as well as the address to where you would like
your order shipped. I will reply with the total cost (postage and packaging
included) as well as where to send the payment to, and my telephone/fax
number.

| Return Policy | ||
|
If
a photograph or frame is damaged during shipping, or the item you received
is not what you ordered you can return it within 30 days and we will
replace it. The replacement product will be sent to you only after the
return and verification of the damaged item. Refunds will only be given
in exceptional circumstances and are solely at the discretion of Deja
vu Photographic.
